Firms that raise money from investors for real-estate developments and private companies run on relationships and on records. The context that matters sits across email, meetings, documents, data rooms and the spreadsheet the raise is tracked in, and assembling it by hand is where the hours go.

Balau AI connects that context under the firm’s own permissions, turns it into work someone can review, and keeps the evidence. Personal identifiers are redacted before AI processing, access follows firm roles and data permissions, and consequential actions require human approval. We do not replace the systems a firm already runs, and we do not provide investment advice or execute transactions.
