Balau AI builds a compliance-grade intelligence layer for regulated, relationship-driven firms. If you are evaluating us, this page is the short answer to who we are and how to reach the right person.
What we build
Firms in private capital, advisory and wealth, and legal run on relationships and on records. The context that matters sits across email, meetings, documents and the systems a firm already pays for, and assembling it by hand is where the hours go.
Balau AI connects that context under the firm’s own permissions, turns it into work someone can review, and keeps the evidence. Personal identifiers are redacted before AI processing, access follows firm roles and data permissions, and consequential actions require human approval. We do not replace the systems a firm already runs, and we do not provide investment advice or execute transactions.
Our SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 programs are in progress. The security overview sets out how the controls actually work, and the compliance documentation a reviewer needs is available on request.
