Read the security posture- Can the bill change without us agreeing to it?
- No. Usage runs against a fixed daily allowance that scales with the seats you bought. When it is reached, work waits rather than billing you for more. Additional capacity is a prepaid pack you choose to buy; there is no metered overage and no automatic top-up.
- What is a seat?
- A seat is a licence your firm purchases, not a headcount we observe. You decide how many you need and that is the number you are billed for.
- What happens to our records if we stop paying?
- They stay, and so does your ability to export them. Non-payment removes access to features; it never deletes a firm’s records. Your recordkeeping obligations do not pause because a subscription did, so neither does our preservation of them.
- How do we buy?
- Through a master services agreement and an order form, with a data processing agreement alongside them. Every plan is sales-led: there is no card-on-file signup, because no firm in this market connects client data to a vendor before its compliance review is done. Annual prepayment carries a discount, stated on the order form.
